Midday of 7th October,at the merging classroom,the regular meeting,aka the examination management meeting,was held with Junior Division of the east campus.This session was chaired by Deputy Director Mr. Hu Sen.Among attendees we have Principal Assistant&Junior Division Director Mr. Ling Qian,Vice Director Mr. Gao also with Junior Division as well as all junior high teachers.
The conference consists of two sections.In the first half,Deputy Director Mr. Hu Sen arranged and laid out various work requirements for October’s monthly examination.Furthermore,he emphasized detailed rules and regulations and demanded all teachers should pay high attention to examination tasks and disciplines in addition to implement invigilation provisions strictly to fulfill their responsibilities.In the second half,Deputy Director Mr. Hu Sen unscrambled some documents on monthly assessments in terms of education and teaching.
Through this conference,all teachers further understood relevant policies,unified their thinking,had more explicit comprehension on various work requirements to a higher degree.
All in all,this meeting laid the favorable foundation for further work plan without a hitch.
